Training: Web Design & Search Engine Optimization

 

We understand that some businesses would prefer to keep the services we offer in-house, and that in order to do this the company may require members of staff to undergo training in these areas.

 

We offer training for all different levels of expertise, from complete novice to advanced. We will teach everything from how to utilize tools and software, to the concepts and thinking behind web design and search engine optimization methods.

 

All training can be either undertaken at our office in Ringwood, or at the clients location (as long as if over 25 miles, travelling costs are covered).

Training Options

 

All training offered by us is tailored to the needs of each specific customer. Therefore, there are no set time periods. If training is to be provided then we will first need to discuss the objectives of that training and the levels of understanding already possessed before configuring a training package.

 

Web Design

 

Learn to use software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, and Dreamweaver, or learn to use a CMS (Content Management System) such as Joomla or Wordpress.

 

Create a website from start to finish with a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor or using HTML (Hyper Text Mark-up Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).

 

E- commerce

 

Have training on E-Commerce packages such as Zen Cart, Cube Cart, Open Cart and others.

 

We can show you how to run your online shop, adding and removing items, updating prices and images, and using all of the features of the control panel such as the analytics and reporting software.

 

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

 

We can teach you how to optimize your website so that it gets better search engine listings, higher up in the results pages. We can show you how to do keyword research and analysis, and how to implement those keywords into your website for the most effectiveness.

 

We will train you on all the search engine techniques that we use ourselves, from our SEO methods and link building, to how to use Social Media Marketing to spread awareness of your product and brand. We will also show you how to use your analytics reports and competitor analysis to improve your SEO, evolving it to get better search results for your customers to find you more easily.

 

PPC (Pay Per Click)

 

We can train you how to set up and manage your PPC (such as Google Adwords) accounts effectively.

 

Running campaigns that are cost effective with ads that pull in your target market, getting you a higher CTR (Click Through Rate) and keeping your spend lower. We will show you how to use your PPC control panel how it was designed to be used, so that you can test which ads are working on which budgets, and take action accordingly.
